Welcome to the official website of Ekibeki Association. By accessing this website, making a donation, or registering for a workshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Donations

Donations made to Ekibeki Association are voluntary and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Donations will be used for the NGO’s mission of creating sustainable livelihoods for rural artisans through crafts.

Ekibeki Association is a registered NGO, and donations are eligible for tax benefits under applicable laws.
1.3 Workshop Registration & Payment

Registration for workshops is confirmed only upon successful payment through the Razorpay gateway.

Workshop fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless specified in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ekibeki reserves the right to modify or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified accordingly.
1.4 Website Usage

Users must not misuse the website by engaging in fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or any disruptive activities.

Content on this website is owned by Ekibeki Association and may not be reproduced without permission.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
Ekibeki Association is not responsible for:

Any technical issues during payment processing via Razorpay.

Any loss, injury, or damages arising from workshop participation.
1.6 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Mumbai.

2. Privacy Policy

For Donations: Name, email, phone number, address, and payment details (processed securely via Razorpay).

For Workshop Registration: Name, contact details, and any additional details required for participation.

To process donations and provide tax receipts.

To confirm workshop registration and send event details.

To improve website functionality and donor/participant experience.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Donations

Donations are non-refundable unless a transaction error occurs.

If a donor makes a duplicate payment, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days via contact@ekibeki.org
3.2 Workshop Fees

Workshop fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

Workshop Cancellation by Ekibeki: If Ekibeki cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund within 10-15 business days.

Rescheduling by Ekibeki: If a workshop is rescheduled, participants may either attend the new session or request a refund.

Participants who cancel their registration at least 10 days before the workshop may request a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before the workshop.
3.3 Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Refund requests must be sent via email to contact@ekibeki.org with transaction details.
